Travel RN - Rehab - In Patient

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Rehab inpatient position requiring recent acute care and travel assignment experience.

Job Details

• Work in an inpatient Acute Rehab unit,

• Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,

• Patient population includes acute rehab and medical/surgical cases,

• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed,

• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday,

Job Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license,

• Current AHA BLS certification required,

• NIH Stroke Scale certification is required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care or long term care experience,

• At least 3 completed travel assignments (12-week contracts) required,

• Medical/surgical and inpatient rehab experience required,

• Nursys license verification and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start,

• Must possess a US Social Security Number and a US home address,

Additional Information

• Strict nail policy: no artificial or acrylic nails and nails must be shorter than 1/4 inch,

• First time travelers will not be considered; prior travel experience is required,

• Local candidates are accepted but will be offered a reduced rate according to the facility's radius rule,

• Team members are expected to discuss contract extensions with their manager at least 45 days before contract end,

• COVID vaccination is not required for this position,
