Schedule:
M-F. Requirement:
Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR # or RD eligible. Salary: $70K-$75K.

Responsibilities- Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) & Care Planning:
Deliver comprehensive MNT and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans. - Regulatory Guidance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards in meal service operations. - Menu Development & Innovation:
Collaborate on menu planning reflecting wellness trends and resident preferences. - Staff Leadership & Training:
Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and resident satisfaction. - Quality & Performance Improvement:
Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives to continuously improve nutrition services and overall care.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- 1+ year of senior living experience preferred
- Supervisory experience and Serv Safe® certification desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programs
