Licensed Therapist; Horse

Dreamer Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated licensed therapist with experience working with horses and/or equine-assisted therapy to join our team.

Our work blends traditional therapeutic approaches with the unique healing environment of horses and nature. Sessions are conducted indoors and outdoors and focus on creating meaningful connections that support emotional growth, self-awareness, and personal healing.

• Facilitate therapy sessions incorporating horses and nature-based experiences
• Support clients in developing emotional awareness, coping skills, and personal growth
• Collaborate with our team to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice

• Licensed therapist (LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, LCSW, or equivalent) or license-eligible
• Experience with horses and comfort working around them
• Experience or strong interest in equine-assisted therapy
• Ability to work outdoors in a farm-based setting
• Passion for creative, experiential approaches to healing

• A unique therapeutic setting surrounded by horses and nature, including a heated indoor facility as well as the outdoor component with miles of trails and pastures.

This would be a part time position leading to full time.
