Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role as an Information Technology Support Technician based in Mequon, Wisconsin. The IT Support Technician will assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, as well as provide support for network operations, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and end-user devices. The role includes configuring and managing IT infrastructure, responding to technical support requests, performing routine system updates, and ensuring clients' technological needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, and installation
  • Strong understanding of network operations, VoIP technology, WiFi, and mobility solutions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, firewall configuration, antivirus solutions, and risk management

    Experience with cloud services, Office 365, hosted email, and business continuity systems
  • Skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication for providing timely support to clients
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
  • Experience in physical security implementation (cameras, surveillance, access control) is beneficial
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
