• Perform Preventative Maintenance at customer laboratories - replace tubing and parts and test our bench top size analyzers.
• Instruct our customers in the preventative maintenance tasks needed on a daily, weekly, monthly and six month basis.
• Work directly with assigned customers to schedule service visits.
• Book flights, rental cars and hotels as needed for each weekly trip.
• Provide assistance to customers by phone, email or in person
• Repair customer instruments in our factory repair center and on site as needed.

• 2-5 years’ experience or electronic degree/certificate
• Strong interest in travel - as you will be visiting customer laboratories up to 75% of the workweek. Overnight stays are normal but weekend travel is rarely required. Mostly Continental US, with some international travel possible
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to interact with all levels of management and customers
• Working knowledge of Digital Electronics, including typical test equipment such as a VOM.
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
• Must be physically capable to move 50 lbs.
