Senior CNC Machinist (Progression to Engineer) — 2nd Shift
Mequon, Wisconsin (commutable from Milwaukee, Glendale, Grafton, Cedarburg, Germantown, Wauwatosa, West Bend, Waukesha, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls).

In this role, you will take full ownership of CNC machining, setup, and optimization across multi-axis machining operations. You will work hands-on with CAM software, G-code, tooling, and fixtures while collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
This role offers a strong progression path toward engineering or leadership, with great compensation and regular overtime.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of CNC programming, machining, setup, and optimization across complex multi-axis machines and live-tooling lathes.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues while providing mentoring support to junior machinists.
- Experience with CAM software, G-code, and multi-axis machining.
- Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, GD&T, and quality validation.
- Comfortable with overtime.
