Quality Control (QC) Line Technicians

Available Shifts
  • A Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • B Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

What You’ll Do as a QC Line Tech
  • Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments.
  • Document findings accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate quality issues to supervisors and line leads.
  • Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements.
  • Use lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers.
  • Maintain traceability and correct labeling of materials on the line.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience—at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred.
  • Adaptability:
    Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members.
  • Multitasking Ability:
    Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic Computer Literacy:
    Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Math Proficiency:
    Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system.
  • Discretion and Integrity:
    Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
