Senior CNC Machinist

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the precision machining industry, is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist to join their team. As a Senior CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Department supporting engineering, quality, and production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of technical machining expertise.

* ** Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G‑code

+ Set up and run complex multi-axis equipment (4th/5th axis, live tooling lathes)

+ Troubleshoot advanced machining, tooling, and fixture issues

+ Inspect and validate parts using CMMs and manual gauges; lead first-article processes

+ Recommend and implement tooling and process improvements

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming

+ Proficiency with CAM software and G‑code development

+ Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills

+ Experience training and mentoring machinists or operators

+ Ability to independently solve complex machining and tooling challenges
