Secondary Operator

Mequon Company Looking For Secondary Operators

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Secondary routine operations include hand finishing edges
• Produce materials according to written instructions and use measuring devices (calipers and go / no-go gauges)
• Operate all equipment in the Secondary area once the equipment has been set-up by others and parts have been deemed acceptable to produce/process
• Secondary machine operating duties include such operations as: drilling, grinding, and milling CNC as needed
• Use appropriate adjustable/pre-set gauges as required
• Inspect own work; correct or report detected discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and neat workspace and help with other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive short or long cycle operations
• Ability to meet production standards and rates
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $15/hour
• Shift(s): 1st
• Hours:
  
  M-F 7am-3pm
