Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation to provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or other disabling conditions. The Rehabilitation Nurse works collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams to support patients in achieving their highest level of independence and functional ability while ensuring safe and effective care.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Promote patient safety and infection control practices in accordance with organizational policies.
• Assist patients in developing self-care skills and achieving rehabilitation milestones.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Advocate for patients and ensure a patient-centered approach to care delivery.

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation, medical-surgical, acute care, or related settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificati

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or post-acute care settings.
• Experience caring for patients with neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, or stroke-related conditions.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing best practices and patient mobility programs.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (preferred).
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) Certification (preferred).
