SummaryWe’re on the hunt for an experienced, energetic RN who’s confident with IVs and phlebotomy, has a knack for making patients feel comfortable, and is genuinely excited about integrative medicine. Schedule:3 days/24 hours per week, with flexible days each week. Schedule will be determined between RN and Office Manager four weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)This role is hands-on, patient-facing, and never boring! Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Place and remove IVs, oversee IV treatments, and be a go-to resource for infusion therapies.
- Manage all phlebotomy and specimen collection—ensuring every draw is smooth and professional.
- Administer hormone treatments under the supervision of the Nurse Practitioner
- Order, stock, and organize all RN/phlebotomy supplies weekly.
- Assist providers with in-office procedures and patient care.
- Gather medical histories, vitals, and BMI before visits and update patient records.
- Coordinate lab testing: order, schedule, review, and keep patients informed.
- Handle medication refills and coordinate with pharmacies as directed by providers.
- Support the office by helping with scheduling, follow-ups, patient calls, and welcoming patients with a smile.
- Explore and support functional and integrative medicine practices.
- RN license in Wisconsin (required).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (a must-have!).
- IV therapy experience (preferred and highly valued).
- Excellent bedside manner—friendly, patient-focused, and compassionate.
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Bonus points if you already have a passion for integrative and functional medicine!
- Salary: The annual base salary for this position is $37.00 hourly + $1,000 sign-on bonus
