Pay Range: $28.75-$39.53+ Hourly

Starting Pay: $35-$36/hr;
Shift differential: $2.50

• Participate with members of the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care.
• Document resident condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner; report pertinent observations and reactions to residents promptly.
• Develop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments, adjusting based on census and level of care required.
• Execute treatments as necessary and document reactions to medications and treatments.
• Generate, prepare, administer, and chart all medications.
• Initiate physician orders.
• Facilitate communication with families regarding changes in medications and/or resident status.
• Establish protocol to ensure care plans are continually reviewed for updated and accurate data that represents the individuality of the resident.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.

• Licensed Practical Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations.
