Registered Nurse Rehab

This role is based in Mequon, WI at Sacred Heart Rehab in the Acute Rehab department, working night shifts (7 pm to 7:30 am, 24 hours/week). The position involves care coordination, managing care plans, interpreting and executing physician orders, and maintaining vigilant patient observation and documentation. It requires proactive discharge planning and effective communication with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin or a multi-state/Compact license, with BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
