Available Shifts
- A Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- B Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments
- Document findings accurately and promptly
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and line leads
- Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements
- Use lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
- Maintain traceability and correct labeling of materials on the line
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
- Adaptability
:
Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues - Attention to Detail
:
Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects - Communication Skills
:
Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members - Multitasking Ability
:
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities - Basic Computer Literacy
:
Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software - Math Proficiency
:
Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system - Discretion and Integrity
:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
