Working in a Professional Bar & Restaurant Environment

We are looking for an enthusiastic cook to help provide an excellent guest dining experience. The successful candidate will be able to ensure that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications. An expediter may also finalize the presentation of the plate and test the temperature of the food. To keep orders flowing from the kitchen to the guest, an expediter directs kitchen runners and wait staff who are delivering completed orders.

• Read tickets and prepare, to order, all food items following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limit
• Prepare recipes and plate presentations, correctly set up according to tickets
• Ensures proper and quick delivery to assigned table, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Stock/restock items on line according to specifications
• May require to assist with other duties assigned by Management
