Neroli Salon & Spa Mequon, part of Edgeless Beauty Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to support our General Manager in building a team that consistently delivers a 5-star guest experience. • Act as frontline leader, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and high performance at the retail desk
• Oversee daily store operations, including guest check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures
• Assist in scheduling, onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires to ensure a consistent guest experience
• Lead and coach non-technical team members to support their growth and elevate overall team performance
• Drive retail performance by setting, tracking, and achieving individual and team sales goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Aveda and Ultraceuticals to support team education and guest recommendations
• Conduct regular performance assessments (10/10s) for non-technical team members, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities
• Ensure concierge services and Aveda rituals are consistently delivered, maintaining guest amenities and building strong guest relationships
• Facilitate Aveda Advisor Team meetings, in-person and virtually, to keep communication and training on track

• Leadership or management experience (salon/spa or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to team members and guests
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
