- Proactively generate new leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, and strategic networking
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Track, manage, and update leads using CRM software
- Stay up to date on industry trends to better understand client needs and add value to conversations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sales or business development (finance or professional services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to exceed targets
