Lifespace Communities - - Responsibilities:
Make scheduled rounds inside and outside of the building to maintain a secure environment;
Schedule and conduct fire and disaster drills for each shift and maintain accurate logs;
Maintain security records including safety inspections and repair needs of equipment;
Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls and notify appropriate team members;
Maintain daily guard report and ensure accurate information shared between shifts
