What We’re Looking For

· 2–5 years of HVAC installation experience

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Trainability

· Service Titan experience is a plus

· A solid work ethic and a positive attitude

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customers’ homes

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Requirements

· Must pass a drug test

· Must pass a background check

Job Responsibilities

· Install traditional split systems, mini splits, all-in-one/packaged systems & IAQ

· Fabricating and installing sheet metal

· Brazing

· Communicate cost, findings and recommendations to customers

· Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

· Provide an outstanding customer experience on every call
