- Keep the shipping line clear and load small parcel shipments onto Fed Ex trucks
- Pick orders using RF scanner and set up carts for shipment
- Use Oracle and Pro Ship to scan, verify, and ship products
- Perform bulk drop and stock duties — moving cases to appropriate locations and stocking them
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products and reject damaged, unsatisfactory, or defective items
- Prepare goods and packages for final shipment and assembly
- Maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping and delivery cycle
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of your surroundings at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned to keep operations flowing daily
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent — or 5+ years of related warehouse experience
- Ability and willingness to lift and move at least 20 lbs regularly
- Availability to work overtime as required
- Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or warehouse management software
- Forklift or order picker certification or experience
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English reading and comprehension
