This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Merced, CA. The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the daily processing of invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely vendor payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounting software usage, and clear communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and experience handling Invoicing processes. Epicor Kinetic Experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site professional environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Advanced education in Accounting or Finance is a plus
