Dental Treatment / Doctor Schedule Coordinator

Pay: $20–$28 per hour DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A well-established, outcome-driven general dental practice in Merced is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Professional to manage and maintain the Doctor’s schedule exclusively. This key role within the practice will ensure the doctor’s daily schedule remains productive, efficient, and aligned with production goals. The practice includes 5 providers, 8 operatories, and operates within a structured PPO/Fee-for-Service model.

• Manage and optimize the Doctor’s schedule to maintain production goals
• Schedule treatment appointments strategically to maximize efficiency
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or gaps
• Coordinate treatment plans and communicate financial options
• Verify insurance benefits accurately
• Maintain organized and detailed patient records using Practice Web
• Communicate with patients through Weave
• Monitor schedule flow and adjust as needed throughout the day

• Previous dental front office experience REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of production scheduling and treatment coordination
• Experience verifying insurance benefits and presenting treatment
• Familiarity with Practice Web preferred
• Excellent communication skills
