About the Facility  A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.
About the Facility Location  In Merced, California, explore the picturesque Merced National Wildlife Refuge for birdwatching and outdoor activities or visit the Applegate Park Zoo for family-friendly wildlife encounters.
About the Clinician's Workday  The facility is seeking 24-hour in-house coverage with shifts running from 7 AM to 7 AM. The hospital uses the EPIC EMR system and has a Level 2 NICU. Support staff includes Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), onsite anesthesia, residents, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed, with 60 shifts per month available.

The required procedures include a full scope of OB and GYN cases, such as OB triage, emergency GYN procedures, consults, and deliveries. The average patient volume is 1-4 deliveries per day.
