General Description:

Professor of Philosophy is a full-time, tenure-track position in the Humanities Department at Merced College, under the general direction of the Dean of Instruction. The professor will teach a variety of courses in the field of philosophy, as well as collaborate with colleagues in related disciplines. The standard teaching load is 15 units per semester, which may include evening, weekend, and variable hours.
