The School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts seeks a lecturer to teach courses in French Language during Summer 2026, including but not limited to Elementary French I.

In addition to teaching, the instructor will create a syllabus, hold weekly office hours (2 hours/week), and grade examinations and/or papers.

• Teach French Language courses.
• Create and manage syllabi.
• Hold weekly office hours (2 hours/week).
• Grade student examinations and papers.

Advanced degree in French Language or Literature and experience teaching at the college or university level. Demonstrated record of teaching excellence.

• Curriculum Vitae (most recently updated).

• Authorization to Release Information Form (mandatory disclosure of any final administrative or judicial decisions of misconduct within the last seven years).
• Statement of Teaching (no more than 500 words, explaining teaching approach).
• Sample Syllabus.
