Position Overview
Position title: Teaching Fellow
Salary range: See Table 18 for the salary range for this position. Salary is based on an annual full‑time salary of $83,941.
Percent time: 25% – 50% (Fall & Spring semesters) or up to 100% in summer session only
Anticipated start: Summer 2026 – May 17, 2026;
Fall 2026 – Aug 15, 2026;
Spring 2027 – Jan 1, 2027
Position duration: Up to one semester or a summer term
ResponsibilitiesUnder supervision of a faculty member, the Teaching Fellow will lead instruction of a course. Additional duties may include grading, leading discussion sections when appropriate, and holding office hours.
DisciplinesManagement of Innovation, Sustainability and Technology;
Management of Complex Systems;
Engineering Fundamentals (courses may include Introduction to Materials, Statics and Dynamics, Circuit Theory, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Strength of Materials, Spatial Analysis, Information Systems, etc.)
Teaching Fellows must be advanced to candidacy for the Ph.D.
