Family Enrollment Specialist II

Under direction of the assigned supervisor, the Family Enrollment Specialist II assists parents by using bilingual language skills, in enrolling children into subsidized child care. Interviews applicants to determine need and eligibility, assists families in selecting quality child care, provides ongoing support for services, ongoing case management, and internal/external trainings.

• DMV H6 printout

This position requires a high school diploma or recognized equivalent and two years of experience working with families and or providers in a child development/early childhood or social service setting. Must be bilingual in the language of the families being served
