The Office of Undergraduate Education at UC Merced seeks tutors to serve as learning assistants for Economics in an open tutoring center format. Tutors help students build proficiency by guiding them to find their own answers and teaching problem-solving strategies.
Tutors foster an inclusive environment, greet students, review policies, attend trainings, mentor new tutors, and ensure compliance with Center procedures. GPA 3.0 and submission of required documents are sought.
