Candidate Pay Rate: $45.5 - $45.5 per hour

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity
• Support functional mobility and lead therapeutic exercise interventions
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate resident care
• Contribute to a positive, resident-centered environment that supports recovery and quality of life

• Active California COTA license required
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (as required for COTA licensure)
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or geriatric care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with residents and care teams
• Reliable documentation skills and attention to detail

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Associate degree or equivalent) required for COTA licensure

• Skilled in assisting with ADLs and promoting independence
• Knowledge of functional mobility techniques and safe transfer procedures
• Experience implementing therapeutic exercises and activity-based interventions
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment note standards
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate clearly with residents and families
