A Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will work under the Treatment Center Director and be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct initial assessment and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals for comprehensive insight.
- Observe clients in naturalistic, individual, and group settings.
- Create simulated conditions for observation of behavior.
- Formulate treatment plans sensitive to cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
- Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed.
- Recommend additional treatment by other professionals.
- Manage within time, financial, and resource constraints.
- Review and sign off on behavior plans; train direct support staff; provide field supervision.
- Stay current with research on evidence‑based practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a full‑time salary, exempt position with benefits.
Seeking a behavior analyst who has:- Master's degree, PsyD, or Ph.D. in early childhood education, special education, psychology, or related field with specialized knowledge of behavioral health.
- At least three years of professional experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Knowledge of early‑childhood and autism assessment tools; experience developing positive behavior supports plans and programs; teaching social interaction and play skills.
- Knowledge of current ABA and discrete trial methods; strong communication skills; capacity to analyze assessment data, design treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience directing and developing staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm, empathic, patient, and remains composed and adherent to best practices under duress.
