ABA Behavior Technician - $19-$25/hr | Paid Training + Growth Pathways
Merced, CA | Full-time & Part-time Openings | In-home, School & Community Settings

- Paid ABA & RBT Certification Training
- Ideal for students in Psychology, Education, or Social Work
- Flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time)
- Local roles in Torrance, Lomita, San Pedro, El Segundo, Inglewood & nearby areas
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and report behavioral data
- Work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Paid RBT training & certification
- PTO, paid holidays & wage increases

- Experience working with children (childcare, education, camp, etc.)

- Willingness to commute 5-10 miles to client sessions
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
