Foster Poultry Farms - Kelso is seeking an Assistant Ranch Foreperson. In this role, you will assist the Ranch Manager with overseeing all ranch activities and ensure the highest quality conditions for the chickens. Responsibilities include managing ranch production costs, maintaining facilities, and enforcing sanitation procedures.
The ideal candidate should have completed the Chicken Grow Out Training Program and possess strong supervisory and communication skills. You will need to be self-motivated, organized, and capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
