ICU RN – 2+ yrs ICU exp required / BLS ACLS NIHSS (CCRN preferred) / 20-bed ICU, 1:2 ratio / Cerner / Strong IV & vent mgmt, titrate vasoactive drips / Common cases: sepsis DKA COPD GI bleed PCI post‑op / 12hr days, 36 hrs / 2 weekends per 4 weeks, every other major holiday / Must float to Tele & Med Surg (4–5 pts, first to float) / No block scheduling / Navy scrubs / Profile review → manager interview / Pay negotiable
