Job Summary and Responsibilities
The CNM will provide full-scope women's health services, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care, in both outpatient and hospital settings. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving the diverse community of Merced.
Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse: CA (RN:
CA) - Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Master's of Science (MSN)
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required, to better serve a diverse patient population in Merced
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for Common Spirit Health compliance requirements.
