DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide life‑saving care in an outpatient dialysis center. Your role will support patients and families managing end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease with empathy and compassion.
Job OverviewSome details about this position:
- No dialysis experience required.
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- Float to various clinics during and after training.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Be part of a supportive team that works collaboratively in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and use a broad range of nursing skills.
- Provide hands‑on care daily in a fast‑paced environment.

Wage Range: $26.00–$38.00 per hour. Compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Requirements- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification required if state regulations mandate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body prior to operating the water treatment system.
- Bonent or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
- Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire required.
