The Rube Lab at University of California, Merced is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to lead a project using compressive sensing to accelerate proteomics research. The scholar will design computational methods for pooled high‑throughput experiments and work with Drs. Tomas Rube and Marko Jovanovic.
The ideal candidate will have Ph.D. in a relevant field and a strong interest in developing bioinformatics tools for mass spectrometry and DNA sequencing data.
