Part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative – Regular work, located at Costco 142, Merced, CA (95340). Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience.

Schedule:

Flex Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10–15 hours per week).

Overview

Assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and products in a local big‑box retailer. Demonstrate products, tailor demonstrations to customer needs, build rapport with customers, and develop professional relationships with store management and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate HP products at a big‑box retail store.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
  • Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
  • Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
  • Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
  • Report competitive insights and track sales activity.
  • Ensure the workstation or kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
  • Accurately document and report sales.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products after training.
  • Ability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
  • Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
  • One‑year work experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
