As a full‑time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in‑store experience. In this role, you will:

Employees accrue paid time off starting at 40 hours per year in the first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
