Compensation

• Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may need to stand for long periods of time.
