• The SMB Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with small and mid-sized business customers.
• This role blends prospecting, consultative selling, and account management to deliver tailored solutions that support client needs.
• The representative will manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, develop sales pipelines, and partner with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Regular travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations is a key part of the role.
Requirements
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- 2–3+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on results
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals with small and mid-sized business clients
- Ability to conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with small business owners and decision-makers
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits, presentations, and networking events
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Proficiency in Spanish Language desirable
