Job Summary

Merced Chevrolet located in the Central Valley is looking to hire and train a new Product Specialist in our no‑hassle selling process. We need talent and a strong work ethic. If you are honest, loyal, committed and ready to get to the next level we are where you want to be! No experience necessary; however some sales and Chevrolet experience is a BIG plus.

Our pay plan is one of the best found in any dealership, anywhere! Our associates are truly our #1 asset and we know how to take care of them. Our average salesperson can earn over $3,000.00 a month. Our top salesperson earns over $8,000.00 a month.

Because of our location, it’s a quick commute from any direction!

Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Requirements:

Hard working, eager and motivated, keeping abreast of new products, features and accessories available, and translating their benefits to customers. Bi‑lilingual a plus. No experience necessary; however, if you have experience your application will not be ignored.

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Sales – 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience:

    Automotive – 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual – a plus
  • Driver’s License – Required
Benefits
  • Only full‑time employees eligible

Pay:
Dependent on your capabilities. Starting at minimum wage with no cap on commissions, as earned under Merced Chevrolet’s dealership pay plan.

Schedule & Location
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends required
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • 12‑hour shift
