Our client is currently seeking a Sales Manager
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of business development activities, licensing requirements, deal structuring, and agreement negotiations through close
- Partner with regional sales leaders to build a comprehensive business development strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility of new opportunities and R&D needs
- Identify and optimize added-value business opportunities to maximize operational capacity
- Source and develop potential business deals by contacting and exploring partnerships
- Monitor competitive intelligence, market trends, and industry data
- Review business development objectives and results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align innovation with brand and production capabilities
- Anticipate compliance concerns, market shifts, and industry standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Present growth and innovation strategies to executive leadership
- 8+ years experience within consumer goods
- Experience in both US and International markets
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and launching successful products
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- CRM experience
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
