Your role will include troubleshooting, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure seamless operations, as well as documenting all service requests thoroughly in our database.

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows

• Self‑motivated, proactive problem solver with a strong “can‑do” attitude
• Field service experience in troubleshooting and repairing laser and multifunction printers
• Inventory management skills to track and update spare parts and equipment
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to customer locations
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Technical comprehension of manuals, parts books, and relevant publications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills to assess and resolve technical, human, or administrative issues
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Organized and detail‑oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
