We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Merced, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

We are proud to offer a CBA position with the following compensation and benefits:

• $22.34–$34.20 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay $22.34, progressing to $34.20 over 5 years
• Vacation: one work week per year

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination if applicable

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions – 100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 200+ pounds; lift material up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch near ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
