If you're an experienced CDL‑A driver who wants more than just another route, this is your shot. McLane is opening a brand‑new Distribution Center in Salt Lake City and is building the founding driver team. These are the drivers who will set the standard, shape the culture, and be part of the launch from day one. You'll hire on and train in Merced, CA with our veteran drivers, then relocate to Salt Lake City with full company support to bring a new operation online.

• Safely operate tractor‑trailers on highways and customer sites.
• Inspect equipment and complete DOT inspection reports.
• Verify bills of lading and delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate driver logs (manual or electronic).
• Unload products and deliver safely to customer locations.
• Represent McLane with professionalism and a safety‑first mindset.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL‑A
• 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer experience
• Clean MVR meeting McLane safety standards
• Willingness to relocate to Salt Lake City after training
