Weekly Average: $1,200 $ 1,500 (Top performers reach $1,800/week)

First 90 Days Safety Net: $1,000 weekly pay guarantee once you go solo

Additional Compensation: $15 stop pay + OTR rates for short-haul trips

Home Time: Every 14 days

Schedules: Day/Night shifts with weekend availability required

Holidays: Flexible scheduling arranged through your lead coordinator

Hauling: Temperature-controlled freight (Reefer)

Workload:
100% No-Touch Freight (approx. 60% Drop & Hook, plus live loads/unloads)

Just finished CDL school? Well help you get on the road:

Prerequisite: 120+ credit hours from an accredited trucking school

Paid On-the-Road Training: $850/week fixed pay during 4 to 6 weeks of mentorship

Fast Track: Full solo pay rate immediately upon completion

Age 21+ with a valid CDL-A

Recent CDL grads (120+ hr school) OR 6+ months verifiable OTR experience in the last year

Clean driving history (Max 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major accidents in 5 years)

No DUI/DWI in the past 510 years (Never in a commercial vehicle)

Pass required background check, urine, and hair follicle drug screens
