Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and uphold brand standards. This entry level retail role supports store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement while contributing to team performance and company initiatives.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through teamwork and brand standards.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide product knowledge and styling guidance.
• Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house including opening and closing tasks.
• Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings on product, processes, and compliance.
• Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
• Champion a professional and inclusive work environment.

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stocking and visual tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor areas and back of house.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
