Sales Supervisor

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through supervision and guidance of the team.

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
• Foster customer relationships by continually developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques.
• Empower the team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible work on weekends, holidays and high-traffic days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
