Lids - 5001 East Expressway 83 - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of the Store Manager;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when the Store Manager is not present;
Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is absent;
Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment and align their work with company objectives;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets and resolve customer feedback in the moment;
Educate customers on membership programs and in-store offers during live interactions;
Maintain adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per Dress Code Policy;
Execute operations directives from headquarters and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual;
Manage cash handling and bank drops, prep for inventory audits, and open/close the store per procedures;
Protect company assets and manage backroom inventory, pricing, and product counts;
Support in creating store work schedules within wage guidelines and ensure proper store coverage;
Organize backroom for efficiency and execute layout and promotional presentation adjustments;
Ensure standards for product recovery, restock, destock, and VM improvements
