POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to provide temporary support on a 45-day assignment focused primarily on financial data entry and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with accurate, high-volume data and takes pride in maintaining organized financial records. The successful candidate will be dependable, efficient, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high level of precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial information and records
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and files
  • Support administrative tasks related to finance operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information
  • Assist with additional finance-related projects as needed during the assignment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous finance or accounting experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work
  • Reliable with strong computer proficiency
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $25–$28 per hour
  • Hybrid schedule with onsite work on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Full-time schedule (25 hours per week) with a consistent workweek
  • Free onsite parking
  • 45‑day temporary assignment with full-time hours
